Job Description Core Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management
o Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the region while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
o Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels, set up new locations to increase business volumes.
o Retain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals
o Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
o Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders.
o Ensure smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre and post -sanction processing, disbursement of loans, and collection
