Greeting and handling visitors at Front Desk
Looking after post and deliveries
Taking Inbound Customer calls
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Customer Service Orientation
Good Organisational and Multitasking abilities
Knowledge of Office Management (Maintaining Office supplies and Office Systems)
Qualification and Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Graduate or MBA preferred
Excellent English Communication Skills
Advanced organisational and time management skills
Enthusiastic and Proactive Individual to work in a fast-paced Environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
