Job Description:
Good grasping power, which helps to understand client expectation, generates leads and conversion. Opening new facilitation centres. Should have experience in developing new franchisee / facilitation centers.
Responsible for coordination, planning, presentation, evaluation and business development activities. Identifying problems of existing and new clients.
Achieving and exceeding business goals and targets. Decide and implement regions specific innovative strategies to meet business targets.
Identification of opportunities for expansion and client management.
Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Design and expertise into channel sales and development of District coordinators across states.
Team handling, management and problem solving.
Queried handling and ability to sustain a conversation.
Proficient use of Excel, Word and Power point presentation, Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook
Effective time management to finish the work scheduled in time.
