Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information and prepare presentation to be shared with the stakeholders as per the business requirement
Secures information by completing data base backups
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through coordination and follow up with the stakeholders
Scheduling and Office Management

Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Attend meetings in order to record minutes and compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
Coordinating and organizing Monthly Review Meetings, QOP and AOP meetings

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent (Tier 2/3 institutes)
