About the role
Build, manage, multiply, coach and develop a team of outstanding individuals providing product management and business systems analysis for transformational enterprise projects, capability enhancements, and unparalleled partnership.
Contribute to the definition and evolution of Salesforce B2C Commerce methodologies, standards and best practices for support and product delivery.
Guide a strategic roadmap of initiatives for techno-functional innovation in the industry-defining environment for cloud-computing business operations.
Foster, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
Accountability for team integrity, product excellence, decision making, delivery estimates and roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.
Work with business users to understand the requirement timelines, evolving risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
Partner with global teams to gather requirements and take the initiative required to drive and deliver SFCC applications from India.
Participate and encourage team to participate in organization wide roadshows or events to showcase team strengths and evaluate any opportunities.
Who you are
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent degree or work experience
12+ years of total experience with 3+ years leading/managing SFCC.
3+ years of experience leading/managing teams that deal with User experience design
5+ years of experience working/delivering projects in retail domain.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Significant experience in presentations to internal and external executives.
Strong skills in tracking team utilization, capacity planning and timeline management.
Strength in building partnerships; working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
Strength in driving for business outcomes and results
Successful track record in launching features/products that add business value
Experience with agile methodologies like scrum for software development.
Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities. There will always be more than you can do in a day so you need continually make sure you have the right priorities and focus.
Understanding of Salesforce Service cloud and Marketing cloud is good to have.
Prior working experience on any CRM tool like SAP is good to have.
Understanding of any Marketing tools and strategies is good to have.
