Duties
Incumbent works under the direction of the Assistant Regional Security Officer (ARSO). S/he assists Foreign Service National Investigators (FSNI) with administrative tasks associated with background security investigations of Locally Employed staff (LE staff), contractors, and other individuals as applicable. Tasks include initial intake and appropriate assignment to investigators, including that of new-hires and reinvestigations of existing staff-members and temporary laborers. Incumbent will enter basic data into the Regional Security Office Local Vetting RESOLVE system’s database, as well as manage and track casework. Additional tasks include the management of the office’s petty cash, drafting and sending written correspondence to host-nation police, and management of office supplies and material. The incumbent will also serve as the RSO shop’s timekeeper for all RSO staff and provide administrative support to the shop’s 15 Locally Employed staff as well as process travel orders electronically, make travel arrangements, and assist with the drafting of RSO security products.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience in a large company or government office is required.
Education Requirements:
Completion of two years of study at the university level is required - Please provide proof of completion of two years of college studies.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
