Strong Leadership abilities and Excellent people Management skills
Conduct site inspections with all prospective clients.
Make Sales calls to wedding planners and preferred vendors to promote/sell the services and facilities of the hotel
Respond to all incoming leads (phone, online, etc.) in a timely and professional manner
Maintain proper reporting procedures on all leads for weekly sales production reports and pace reports
Negotiate with clients using creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals, to achieve both maximum revenue/profit potential and fulfilment of contractual responsibilities while satisfying client needs.
Coordinate with the Director of Sales –MICE and Catering to insure proper utilization of function space and guest room blocks to yield maximum revenues.
