Description: Responsible for: To receive & maintain Calibration Request or Service Complaints as per procedure. To allocate reparing & calibration jobs to Maintenance & Calibration Engineers. To prepare and send quotations for Repairs, Calibration and AMC. To prepare Calibration Certifiate / Test Reports etc and send to customers. To mail reminders for re-calibration and renew AMC for their equipments. Service Bill Preparation & Submission. Follow-up for Payment, TDS Form.
