Requirements
Technical and Functional Skill
Must have skill
Candidate should have rich experience in Agile methodology and must have run minimum 2-3 full project in agile.
Should be well versed with all scrum ceremonies/practises.
Excellent communication skill
Must have managed E2E projects with excellent delivery track.
Must have managed multiple stakeholders
Risk Management
Excellent knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Go getter attitude

Role and Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for successful end to end delivery of the projects assigned to you.
Conduct all scrum ceremonies.
Full life cycle from business requirements to release into production and hand over to BAU.
Manage the business relationship and interaction.
Conduct regular reviews with regional team members and be the escalation point.
Regular status update and communication to all stakeholders.
Continually assess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking into account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operational procedures and practices, management restructuring.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group’s standards of ethical behaviour.
Should be able to connect the dots of technical discussion and action accordingly.
