XenonStack’s People Excellence team is looking for dedicated Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Professional include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
A successful Talent Acquisition Professional has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with the employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. A good Recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Assess candidate information including CVs and portfolio and references
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Organise and attend Job Fairs and Recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Plan & Implement company’s talent acquisition strategies
Develop company policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
Work Experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role
Familiar with Social Media, CV databases and professional networks
Experience with full cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System
Keen understanding of requirement for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Education/Qualification : Master’s in Human Resource
Experience : 4-6 years
