Recruitment: Accountable for end-to-end life cycle of talent acquisition within stipulated time line including screening, scheduling & conducting interviews.
Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and responsible for all Joining formalities.
Conducting all joining formalities like Bank Account Opening, Filling PF and ESIC forms, issuing ID cards medical Policy form etc.
HR Operations: Management of overall HR operation from Recruitment till Exit policy.
Briefing new employee about the University policies and procedures.
Maintaining & updating employee database, entering the information in ERP System. Checking attendance & Leave Records.
Responsible for maintaining all personnel files.
Preparation and submission of MIS and other weekly and monthly reports.
Salary processing in ERP system.
Statutory Compliances: Making monthly and annual returns and records of PF, ESI and Gratuity.
Performance Appraisal: Performance Planning & Appraisal of all staff annually.
Post Graduate in HR,
Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in handling the HR operations, preferably in an Educational Institution.
Candidate should have good command over MS –Word & MS –Excel.
