PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
As the Java VS code developer, you will be working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Your work will include collaboration across different BMC products lines. You will be managing a varied workload of multiple ongoing tasks including new function development and product maintenance. You will be communicating with various teams to help resolve customer issues. As part of the development team, it would be your responsibility to develop and debugging of software products.
What You will be doing:
Independently design and implement features that address customer needs with a sense of ownership within given timelines
Articulate technical details in a fluent manner using functional and test specifications
Keep abreast of new technologies and developments in the industry to ensure that BMCs products continue to be the best in the class
Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain the various major components of Business works.
What we are looking for
Experience developing using Java, VSCode, Web Services
Strong OO application design and development
Strong knowledge and experience with various DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
Experience with unit testing practices
