We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized, and self-motivated Security Officer to become part of our Mumbai Property Management team here at CBRE.
This position is a part of the CBRE Team, managing and executing responsibilities at the CLIENT SITE (Commercial) based out of Powai
As a Security Officer at CBRE, you’ll have the chance to
Security Officer will be responsible to Security Manager / property manager for day to day smooth functioning of the Security services.
You will be responsible for preparation and implementation of training program for the Security guards. The consent of the property manager is to be obtained before implementation of training program
Take surprise rounds at random in day as well as during the night.
Check all security related logbooks and registers for appropriate entries. Check for any follow ups if needed.
Check the attendance register of Security staff and sign it. The register will be countersigned by Security Sr. Executive /Property Manager. Check the deployment of Security guards on ground and ensure deployment register is maintained by security supervisor.
Conduct briefing and check turn out of Security staff as appropriate.
Authorized to make necessary changes in deployment of guards as per requirements after informing the Property Manager of the necessary changes.
Check various registers maintained by Sec. Supervisor and sign it.
Checks for all the Fire Fighting Equipments are carried out as per schedule.
Ensure all the fire exits are clear of obstruction.
Maintain the Security logbook and record various incidents.
You will report to Property Manager in daytime and call during night if there is an emergency in the Property and before calling Civil Authorities in the Premises.
Will ensure that all the workers are following safety precautions while working.
Will generate visitor’s reports, labor reports and parking report etc.
Will take all necessary measures to prevent loss of life and property
What to Bring Along
2+ years of working experience in the relevant field
Graduation/ Diploma from recognized university
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in customer and client service
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
