1. Minimum 3yrs of working experience in below technologies: Power Bi / SQL Server / Dot Net Fundamentals .
2. To have an end to end understanding of the application under vicinity from both technical and functional perspectives.
3. To asses / identify improvements or malfunction of software product and determine the appropriate mitigation actions that is required, which could add value to the product and customer.
4. Minimal Code fixing/ Code debugging, Log analysis to fix application.
5. Create & update Alerts/ Monitoring Dashboard of Products to proactively address Failures.
6. Ability to prepare Dashboard/ Support Tools/ Adhoc reports and provide visibility of the management on product performance.
7. Keep abreast of product performance in assigned area of responsibility. Work with development team as needed for performance analysis of products and Enhancements.
8. Identify / Track / Listen and solve issues / queries escalated on technical product problems; seek assistance from Engineers.
9. To guide, support and enable Product Support to correlate and correct product deficiencies.
10. Develop knowledge bases and FAQs.
11. Assist the Product Service Engineers to prepare Failure Analysis, Summary Reports, and inform appropriate persons on problem solution.
12. To have served as a liaison between the end-users, dealers, vendors and engineering team/IT team for any and all applications.
13. Work closely with employees/peers/juniors to develop solutions.
14. Establish and maintain good rapport with dealers, suppliers and related department personnel within the organization.
