To ensure that all HK staff is aware of all fire & safety regulations.
To ensure adherence to the policies & procedures, goals and mission of the Multiplex.
Establishing staffing patterns that permit the department to reach its goals within the limits of the budget plan.
Inspecting all housekeeping concerned areas frequently to check and to confirm the quality standard.
To recommend changes as necessary to increase efficiency levels minimizing time required for cleaning auditorium at the end of each show.
All housekeeping staff carries out their cleaning tasks in a consistent manner, assuring conformity to standards by constant inspection.
Review staff performance in the areas of discipline, termination, promotion and develop departmental training programs and ensure implementation of training calendar.
Enforce the standard of grooming, courteous service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Ensure smooth and timely communication between departments.
Ensure that the overhead expenses remain within the defined budgets. Produces monthly reports on preventive maintenance and analysis of loss/ usage per area on every major expense category including but not limited to labor, chemicals, supplies, laundry and HK Services.
Ensure that all vouchers / Challans / Invoices are authenticated.
Monitor record keeping of HK Material.
Maintain quality standards in all shifts with periodic visits in the evening and the overnight shift.
Conduct the appraisal process of colleagues.
Sanction leaves and grant permissions of subordinates.
Ensure full manning through the proper recruitment process and staff retention programs.
Planning and implementing the duty roster.
Verify and ascertain the monthly attendance details at the Unit.
Ensure that the MIS reports are prepared and sent to the Head office on time
Co-ordinate with engineering department for various maintenance requirements. And Creating SAP notifications for maintenance issues on high priorities.
Adhering to all the formats and procedures as per SAP. Responsible for checking schedule maintenance plans, processing orders and confirming orders as per prescribed flow chart.
Creating reservations for requirement of HK Supplies and posting consumption through MIGO twice a month.
Co-ordinate with all the other service partners /Vendors for timely supplies of Manpower, chemical, machines & HK consumables.
Interacting with respective HO representatives with all the relevant updates pertaining to Housekeeping. And highlighting serious issues in functions related to the HK Department.
Weekly pending maintenance / urgent issues to be send to HO after follow up with the UM.
Assist respective HO representative in compiling rate and quality comparisons, Negotiating with vendors & finalizing vendors for HK materials & Services.
Making sure that all HK Agreements / Rate Contracts are studied thoroughly so as to understand the commercials and terms of contract.
Understanding and implementation of HK Budgets.
Grooming of TL / Supervisor for future growth.
Co-coordinating with HO and AM – Billing support at Corporate Office for any kind of assistance / deductions / Penalty to manpower billing and rentals.
Carpet & upholstery to be maintained in an impeccable condition during all shifts.
Ensure premise is pest free by following regular pest control schedules & periodic pest control audits.
Ensure appropriate handover after each shift.
Perform any other duty as assigned by the management from time to time.
