About usJamsons Enterprises is a 19 years young company in the business of Distribution, Retail and Servicing of Telecom products, IT, Automotive Lubricants and business softwares.We represent quite a few brands at the state level and a sole distributors for them.We also run and operate our own chain of retail outlets across Goa dealing with various brands of mobiles, accessories, Laptops and desktops, IT accessories as well as TV, ACs and large home appliances.The Retail Store Executive plans the day-to-day operations of the store. Improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability and execute marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient. Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.Job Duties:
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of products and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
Markets products by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Liasoning with Finance companies & banks like Bajaj & HDFC, ICICI banks etc. for finance related schemes & finance related issues & solution.
Controlling & managing the aging stock in most effective manner.
Following up for the recovery of outstanding amounts from the debtors.
Secures products by implementing security systems and measures.
Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
