For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are currently seeking a HR Trainee to join our team in Bangalore. In this position, you will act as a critical partner to our Human Resource team and will be responsible to maintain a high-quality standard of the pipeline. The evaluation and implementation of active sourcing methodologies and tools as well as maintaining the talent pool is core part of the Talent Source’s operative responsibilities.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Responsible for filling high quality external talent pipelines by identifying and engaging with the top talents
Responsible for Creating and managing talent pools in order to stay in touch with candidates
Closely cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities in order to increase the recruiting efficiency and therefore enable a faster hiring
Research, test and evaluating new tools and active sourcing methodologies, as well as sourcing opportunities and implement the most fitting ones (including market research, market trends, industry trends, talent insights, etc.)
Building and Managing talent networks by creating talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs using all available talent sources
Prescreening of suitable candidates
What will convince us:
Proven experience in successful sourcing
1-2 years of experience in the field of talent sourcing positions on all levels
Deep Knowledge of working with social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google for Jobs, etc.
Ability to attract and win over very specific profiles to excite them about Sartorius
Ability to quickly immerse in different requirements of a position
Ability to work in an international environment with matrix organization
Structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and break them down into work packages
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
