Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services;
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email or Chat.
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill;
Issuing refunds or compensation to customers;
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
Handling the backend of the business which includes Order processing, Order cancellations, creating cases, managing different website portals etc.
Reviewing the cases/scenarios on third party portals/websites and effectively solving them.
Responsibility for other backend related operations like Image processing, ontent fixation etc.
And other duties as defined.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Working experience in BPO/KPO/ Call centre would be preferred.
Must have strong problem solving skills.
