Qualification – B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry/B.E. Chemical, M.B.A. (Preferred)
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in Formulation of Chemical- formulation- metal finishing industries, Paint Industries & handling all facets of Manufacturing i.e. (Production, Quality, Admin, SCM, Liasoning, Safety, Audits etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target
Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule
Monitor a manufacturing team to ensure operations are in compliance with health and safety standards
Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problem
Conduct assessments to identify mechanical and procedural limitations that minimize work efficiency
Sales & Biz Development teams , keep inventories at optimum level, Ensure optimum Supply Chain Management,
regularly develop alternate suppliers, Manage P & L , Ensure smooth Liasoning with Local authorities,
Control Plant Administration , Ensure Safe and accident/Incident free working environment , Manage Plant asset
and machines, regular skill building of team. He will also be responsible for Employee motivation & retention.
To handle all Labour related issues and ensure compliances, Knowledge of other regulations regarding factory administration
To organize the relevant training sessions for the employees to increase efficiency
Good knowledge of implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 AND ISO 45001:2018 system.

Preferably from Chemical-formulation, Metal Finishing industries, Pharma-Formulation, etc.
