Guides the patient and provides full assistance and support during their visit to the Admission.
Handles the complaints of the patients / consultants.
Prepares monthly MIS of the Department.
Checks log book regularly.
Checks status of stationary items in Admission.
Coordinates with Consultants and Various other departments.
Briefs to staff regarding new developments.
Prepares monthly duty roster of the Department.
Takes corrective and preventive measures in order to minimize patient’s complaint. To collect complaints by contacting the patient to solve the issue and hence close the loops on the very same day.
Ensures 100 percent compliance on requirements as per the protocols to be followed for obtaining any accreditation.
Attends meeting with HOD to various issues related to admission.
Gives proper orientation and induction to the new joinee in the department.
