Position Overview
As a member of the Immigration Support – NC Education team, you will directly support our NC Education operations, providing timely and accurate administrative and client support in order to meet internal metrics and deliver on our customer commitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working closely and seamlessly with Newland Chase Education personnel to support client needs
Entering applicant data from source documents within time limits
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Monitoring application deadlines and completing applications within the appropriate timeframes
Maintaining strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection of client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and all other data
Completing all work in strict compliance with law, regulations, and company policies, supporting CIBT’s and Newland Chase’s strong ethical culture
Ensuring that the appropriate client records are established and maintained, and that key correspondence and documentation is saved into in Newland Chase secure database in accordance with company protocol
Assisting with other department activities as needed, and performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Qualifications (E = Essential | D = Desirable)
Graduate (Any Stream) with a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience (E)
Results oriented and operates with a strong level of accountability
High standards and integrity coupled with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills (E)
Proficiency/fluency of English language, spoken and written.
Strong focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proactive approach to addressing and communicating issues, providing feedback and solutions.
Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on business needs.
Excellent time management and planning skills required (E)
Immigration case management/immigration support experience (1-2 years) (D)
