Acquire new corporate clients for MICE business in the entire South region.
Conduct regular Sales Activity like meeting corporate clients, Exhibition Organizers, Trade Associations etc.
Maximize selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities which are suitable and complimentary to MICE Bookings.
Obtain client feedback after each event both orally as well as through Thank You letters and Guest Questionnaires/Feedback Form.
Maintaining the Database (Previous clients & existing client database).
Negotiation with the suppliers.
Preparation of Itineraries, costing and approval from the HOD.
Coordination with Accounts team for payment processing and with clients.
Handover of the documents to clients /corporates.
Coordination with Reservations Team for Ticketing processing.
