Sales & Marketing Real Estate /Construction Full – Time
Daily Reporting to Concern Project Heads/GM Sales.
Implementing, devising, & achieving targets by maintaining Customer Data for follow-ups.
Ensure targets are met at individual level (site, visits & conversion)
Preparing Pre-sale proposal and post sale proposal
Pre-sales, (handling enquires, follow-up, negotiations, & closing the deals) Post sales (documentation and checking of agreements).
Handling all customer grievances during pre sales and post sales.
Responsible for planning, Forecasting and implementation of Individual sales plan.
Engage channel partners on area- vise distribution & Prospecting to generate leads through local companies, partners.
Responsible for channel sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Generating new business opportunities for organisation.
Comfortable to talk and handle walk in clients with all required information.
Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price and best terms.
Manage and assist buyers from commitment to settlement.
New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
Micro level monitoring of sales lead to ensure that the footfalls are converted.
Must achieve the given target
Keeping up to date with the latest real estate trends and activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
