Qualification
Average to excellent LSRW (Learning, Speaking, Reading, Writing) skills in English
Average to excellent general knowledge and financial market awareness
Knowledge of the personal computer and its simple applications such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT
Basic awareness of the events industry, should be comfortable to speak and sell over the phone
Market Research skills
Passion, creativity, curiosity, integrity and pragmatism
Valid Passport
Job Description

It’s a full time job requiring working 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week, very week, from Monday to Friday for Indian Shifts and Sunday to Thursday for Middle Eastern Shifts.

Responsibilities as a Sponsorship Sales executive include the following tasks, however not limited to only;

Understand your event – the sectors involved, the buyers and sponsors and the various factors affecting revenue inflow
Learn to build leads, thus derive your prospects- use internet sources like LinkedIn etc to extract contacts with details like – person name, company, job title etc.
Get trained to use the telephone to get contact coordinates such as email, mobile number etc.
Maintain excel sheets and simple reports and submit them to your team leader
Prepare you lead files in accordance to the event you are associated with
Familiarize yourself with the event branding elements such as brochure, pricing websites etc
Learn the pitch, learn to deliver it well
Call potential sponsors and different departments within them – both decision makers and influencers, deliver pitch that includes the event information, benefits, overcome objections, qualify, interact and close the deal or initiate a call back
Track your growth record
Perform at event duties
Reach weekly/monthly and yearly targets
Maintain numbers, be the best
