Required (Minimum) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
Proven proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with data, analysis and a strong sense of detail.
Prior admission/recruiting and/or secondary education experience
Advising or work with a community-based organization advancing education and career opportunities.
Ability to work independently for hours at a time.
Ability to interact with fellow team members with an open mind
