3 shifts (7 am -3 pm) (3 pm- 11 pm) (11 pm to 7 am)
Duties and Responsibility:
The ORM Executive is responsible for online complaints receiving, tracking, and analyzing the same by giving them proper responses.
Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional consumer experience with each contact via Twitter and Facebook.
Continuously monitoring /Tracking the complaints of the brand on outlets, e.g. Twitter and Facebook.
Understand the level of the complaint and analyze and manage online statuses.
Discuss and respond and continuously follow in case of any confusion on complaints and on updates received.
Maintain TAT within 5 minutes.
Email all actionable cases excluding Power Outage, Street Light and Theft cases
