Sourcing and attracting the candidates by using the database from varied job portals and social media, etc.
Conducting the interview and filtering the candidates for the available positions
Asses the applicants relevant knowledge on the skills, soft skills, experience as per clients requirements.
Fetching the right candidates according to the clients requirements.
Perform the job and document the requirements and objectives.
Provide well documented report to the team and show the progress
Build a good rapport with the candidate and help them find the right job.
Promote the companys reputation and make it a best place to work.
0-3 years experienced Candidate with strong verbal skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision making skills
Ability to conduct different types of interviews on call based on the candidate profile.
Good communication in English and Regional language.
Ability to handle candidates & convince them, explain about the job briefly
Graduate from any stream.
