Your team should become the CT competence center for the creation of our trouble shooting guides for all new and existing products and maintains them in close collaboration with our service specialist worldwide.
You will keep close contact with the global technical support manager and the different product companies, to identify the requirements for new or updated trouble shooting guides.
You will apply the procedures within the TRAX team to develop and maintain a guide in the TRAX environment in the most efficient and professional way.
You will be in touch with the technical support teams of different product companies to ensure the availability and quality of information necessary to make the trouble shooting guides (3D assembly models, BOM’s, service requirements etc.).
You will follow up the publication process and usage of all guides from GECIA. And make sure we meet the quality and timing targets.
It will be your responsibility to monitor the progress of all activities by all involved parties against the requirement of service divisions, and act in case of delays.
You will also contribute to the improvement of the guides by identifying and proposing improvements suggested by technical support and supporting further competence development of the involved parties.
You will set up a quality measurement process to ensure that all guides meet the global standard set by our Global Technical Support Manager.
You may need to travel overseas within this role of coordination.
You will actively promote the TRAX application within our service organization
Skills and experience
A sound knowledge of English is required
Experience with Service and Aftermarket processes and requirements is an asset
Technical documentation experience is an asset
Bachelor in Engineering with 7+ years of experience
