Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Entering data from source documents within time limits.
Review data for any deficiencies or errors and correct the same, as per the possibility.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents such that same can be completed or finalized.
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup
Perform other works such as scanning documents and print files, as and when required.
Keep information confidential.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction.
