Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.
Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
