Support and elevate MSCI Inc.’s brand building and client experience initiatives by supporting the global team that conceives, plans and executes high impact client events, product seminars, industry conference sponsorship and webinars ranging in size and varying degrees of complexity. The position sits on the Global Events Team within the Sales Enablement Marketing Team and will report to the Head of Global Events.
Perform general duties to support event planners, project managers and the Global Event team
Assist in planning APAC events and seminars as needed
Maintain production schedules for event materials/collateral
Collaborate with event managers to meet the needs for client facing events
Work on event follow-up and Event Metrics and Analysis
Desired experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
Proficient in MS Office and analytics
Candidate should have expert skills and experience with Power point, HTML, Excel and Salesforce
Superb organizational skills and time management
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
Talent for anticipating needs
Professional judgment for handling confidential information
Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
Adept at general administrative tasks like budgeting, data entry, and word processing
3-6 years of work experience
