Parts and Services Sales Engineer is responsible for the sales of parts – connectivity, pump manager, Eco pulse and DEPC Retrofits.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
Pump Performance Manager
To meet all DE IVS Pump customers and bring revenues by selling Pump performance manager and eco pulse Pan India.
To work closely with Regional sales team and get inputs for Major account customers for business
Service Business development through channel sales
To Improve part sales through Major account customers and using our channel partners.
Co ordinate with regional service team to get details of all customers for parts business.
Annual Maintenance Contract
To improve the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC Business) Pan India.
Work closely with all regional Reps to plan & achieve the service business.
Service Business through Major account customers
Meet all the Major account customers in all regions across India to develop service business.
University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
5-7 years of Field sales experience working in HVAC/Pump/Building Automation industries.
Demonstrated selling skills of Pump spares/AMC’s/Performance management in HVAC & Fire applications.
Ability to convince customers in a simplified way, conduct analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations.
Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situation
