Job Responsibilities:
Travel Desk : Travel ticket booking ( Roadways & Rail ways) & Arrange office transportation for employees.
– Coordination with Vendors for all types of Purchases, maintenance of essential services.
– Arrangement of Guest houses and offices
– Negotiation and booking accommodation.
– Co ordination for internal meeting.
Coordinate and distribute internal and external correspondence
Managing and assisting in basic arrangements for employees.
– Asset Maintaince and record updation

– AMC’s Maintenance

– Process Govt. related doc’s ( Agreements / licences etc., )

– Infrastructure Maintaince. ( Light / Water / Ac’ / DG etc., )

Education : Graduate / Under graduate

Langauge : Marathi, English and Hindi

Fresher also welcome

Salary range between : 10-18 K per month
