Job Description:

We're looking for Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling our products to Distributors / Retailers / Small Shops in rural areas. Main Role is responsible for acquiring new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales targets

  • He will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the sales
  • Promote current products to market and reach out customers with our offerings
  • Conduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirements
  • He will also be responsible for driving targeted campaigns to acquire new customers
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with all the local dealers
  • He will be responsible for achieving the sales targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate with Dealers and Help out with Post Sales

Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualification - Puc
Preferred for only male
Good communication in local language
Two Wheeler and Driving license is Mandatory

  • Salary Details
  • 7000 to 9000 depending on the skill set and Interview
  • Incentives will be given on every quarter, based on the performance and targets (Explained in detail at the time of Interview)
  • Petrol Allowance provided on daily basis, depending on the areas (Minimum 100 rupees per day)
  • 6 days working (Currently Sunday Fixed Off) *
  • Timings – 10am to 7.30pm*
  • National Holidays / Festivals – Depending on the Sales and Requirements, candidate should be ready to work

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹10,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)

Required Assets:

  • Two wheeler (Preferred)
