IT PROGRAM SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
The IT Program Support Associate role will be responsible for managing various programs that Enterprise IT supports for the business, such as vendor relationships, contracts, IT chargeback system, asset management, etc. The Program Support Associate will analyze each program and develop a support model for each program. The Program Support Associate will be part of the Planning and Strategy team and report directly to the Associate Director of Planning and Strategy.
Maintain IT system integrity by tracking and maintaining copies of artifacts relevant to vendor agreements, contracts, software licenses, warranties, and maintenance agreements.
Supports the lifecycle of IT programs to ensure they continue to support the business including periodic reviews, account harvesting, license compliance, future needs, etc.
Develop efficient ways to do periodic reviews through automated processes or tools to notify key personnel of upcoming changes and decision points to ensure smooth system delivery.
Interacts with IT procurement and billing teams to communicate new products, changes in license models, upcoming payments, and significant changes in spend, and billing disputes.
Reviews and recommends changes, reductions or additions to the overall program portfolio
Interacts with IT finance contact and HR leads to understand business changes that may impact overall programs.
Provides actual to budgeted IT spend analysis
Ensures vendor maintenance agreements are current and software licenses are in compliance
Develop Partnerships with strategic technology companies
Consolidation and co-terming of relationships as they are discovered
Minimum BA/BS with record of high academic achievement or minimum of two years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Understanding of IT vendor landscape
Track vendor maintenance and licensing agreements
Strong IT software and hardware experience
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
