This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BE/BTech degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java/Python - 5-8 years experience
Hands on experience on AWS is desirable
Knowledge of Python web frameworks and event-driven programming in Python is a plus.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Strong knowledge of business processes/Agile methodologies, CI/CD
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
Ability to work collaboratively with business partners and geographically diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Financial knowledge on any domain (esp. forecasting) is an plus (but not mandatory)
