Collecting timekeeping information and follow up for pending/missing timesheets.
Obtain supervisory approval of time card discrepancies
Update New hire/rehire details in payroll system
Update payroll records by entering changes as per the requests
Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating sick leaves, overtime etc.,
Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate
Pay calculation, payroll processing and pay confirmation process in the system before pay date
Responsible to withhold taxes and submit reports to ADP for filing taxes.
Validate payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security.
Update payroll records by entering adjustments when it is required.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
