Should be institutional in designing and execution of effective Performance Management system by appropriate up skilling and education of line managers.Strategic planning for overall development of Organizations intellectual property.Institute change -management practices, including organizational restructuring and manpower rationalization initiativesEnsure HR strategy aligns with business plans and strategic objectives.Competency Mapping, Organizational Communication and relation.Continuously monitor HR Policies and bring necessary changes on need base.Forecasting and analyzing employee relations to help management design and implement effective employee welfare policies.Building and maintaining effective relationship with employees and proactively address their grievances and counseling thereof.Independently manage audit and related documentationEnabling a mechanism to ensure the companies value system, Culture / DNA is preserved and the same is assimilated by the new joiner.Employee rewards and recognition system.Standards and Procedures and policies.Formulating and benchmarking best practices to focus on aligning HR with core business.Driving employee engagement by leveraging satisfaction surveys, roundtables, open house, Skip Level meetings etc.Employee Climate Survey and Employee Welfare,Travel immigration, Visas.Conducting Exit interviews, clearance, Exit communication/ announcementShould have ability to work with limited supervision and think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems related to employee issues and provide solutions.
