4 to 6 years’ experience in Avaya Contact Center Support
Willing to work in 24*7 support model
Level I, II & III support of all voice system. Manage MAC, routing changes & ongoing support.
Manage and support the telephony infrastructure including Avaya CM, SIP, Session Border controllers, IVR, Session Manager, VoIP, CMS, Voicemail, Dialer solutions, Call Accounting, Call Recording, WFM, reporting solutions and various Call Center applications
Working knowledge of VoIP Protocols
Working knowledge of Avaya Gateways
Basic skills in routing and switching and IP peer networking
Minimum 2 years’ experience in application development in terms of Web Services - REST/API, SOAP integrations
Advanced skills in dial plan management and communications routing protocols
Intermediate skills in Contact Center Call Flows and Scripting as well as Reporting along with building customized reports
Intermediate skills in packet capture and capture interpretation
Handle incident, problem and change management
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Perform day to day operations which also includes regular server health checks, redundancy checks and monitoring of applications.
Coordinate between vendors for seamless customer experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics CRM /Vtiger CRM
Certification on Avaya will be a plus
Enterprise Contact Center Technology and Strategies
Avaya, CISCO & Genesys experience
Industry vertical business knowledge
