Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
Developing and managing Candidate pool
Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities
Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
