Designation: Account Manager
Business/Functional Unit: Project Management Team or Client Acquisition Team.
Reports to: Account/Project Manager(s)
Interacts with: Global Clients, Onshore Account Managers, internal studio teams, finance, and third-party vendors.
Work Timings: Will work to an agreed permanent shift, or agreed shift pattern during India, UK and/or US work hours.
Account Manager will assist the account manager(s) to deliver creative production projects as per client expectations. Express KCS clients are global. In this role, he/she will learn Express KCS’s workflow management tool and work with clients and internal centralized Creative Production studio teams to oversee creative production projects. Additionally, through support and mentoring from account managers and exposure to scopes of work, client’s campaigns, creative production projects, estimates, timelines and deadlines he/she will learn first hand and increasingly take a growing responsibility directly for the same.
Job Qualifications and Experience
Ideally a minimum of 5 years of experience in account/project management or coordination or similar role with a creative agency or creative production company or in-house creative production team.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Design or a related field or a combination of education or work experience can be substituted.
Good communication (written and spoken English), interpersonal skills with a natural ability to articulate and comprehend design briefs, projects and campaigns. Good listening and presentation skills.
Must be organized with a natural attention to detail, able to plan and prioritize workload with good project coordination skills and ability to manage the completion of tasks within a set timeline.
Ideally creative production domain knowledge and tech-savvy with an understanding of creative production workflow or tracking systems all highly desirable.
Ideally a self-motivated, process-driven individual able to deal with rapid changes in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be proactively client service focused.
Internal support and client support for creative production projects all the way from briefing through to final delivery and invoicing. Assist in developing estimates, proposals/pitch decks.
Supporting or directly coordinating and setting up a new client in the early stages of a new engagement including but not limited to; admin/finance, dedicated teams, and initial estimates/quotes and project plans, etc.
Maintain clear communication by phone/email and supporting conference calls with clients at all times.
Project coordination including coordination between clients, internal teams and vendors.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects or jobs and their status. Identify and troubleshoot technical problems in workflow management or other workflow and/or asset management systems.
Plan, prioritize or organize projects or jobs and ensure deliverables are on time and on budget and meet client expectations.
Attend weekly Google Hangout conference calls with Clients and internal team meetings as required.
Be ‘on brand’ aware for each client and an initial stage in the QC/QA process to ensure all creative production work is delivered ‘right first time and consistent with agreed Brand Guidelines.
Supporting or directly developing monthly Management Information reporting for clients.
Supporting Marketing and Sales with new opportunities as may be required from time to time.

Develop and maintain a good understanding of the client and their organization.
Care about all costs – become commercially aware – and highlight any costing errors immediately to the Account Manager.
Ensure all jobs are well managed, ensure deadlines are met and that implementation is to a high standard.
Take responsibility for contact reports and relevant client administration.
Ensure all client/internal meetings are followed up with relevant reports and paperwork
Always working to the maxim that; average or good account management and client service is responsive. Great account management and client service is proactive.
