We are looking for an Executive – Internal IT to provide technical assistance to our internal team & clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Addressing user helpdesk tickets regarding software, cloud, networking and hardware.
Asking targeted questions to diagnose problems.
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Record technical issues and solutions in logs
Follow up with clients to ensure the applications & cloud environments are functional.
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Proven work experience of min 2 year as a Technical Support Engineer (Linux & AWS) or similar role
Hands-on experience with Linux/ Windows/ Mac OS environments
Good knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
Working experience in Cloud Environments (AWS/ Azure / Google)
Working experience with Webhosting /Cpanel use, FTP &backup
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills / Team Player.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
A Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
Programming / scripting experience Java, PHP are a plus
Certifications – AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner/RHCE/ MCSE / CCNA are a plus
