Job Responsibilities :
1. Mentor and guide frontline sales representatives to achieve targets
2. Achieve defined acquisitions targets
3. Ensure periodical review and monitor team's performance
4. Implement defined team's targets
5. Manage customer escalations
6. Hire, induct, and coach team members to ensure desired productivity
7. Conduct employee development programs
8. Ensure training of teams as per planned training calendar

Education Requirement :
Graduation degree in any discipline, Post Graduation (Sales and
Marketing), MBA preferred

Experience Requirement :
7 - 10 years
