HR Generalist / Employee Engagement / Induction, Training & Development / Performance Management System:

Responsible for leading & managing entire HR-Functions
Resource planning and manpower planning.Training & skill development.
Talent acquisition - To acquire right skills sets with minimum lead time using multiple resources.
PMS - Effective implementation of performance management system for management staff through timely reviews and appraisals.
Employee Development - Ensure Training & Development programs as per the organizational needs.

Joining & Exit procedures:
Joining formalities & documentation of new employees.
Ensuring proper Relieving procedure, Exit interview, Attrition control.
Short listing the candidate arranging interview, Induction of Employees

Administrative Procedures

Looking after day-to-day general office management
Purchase Management-Coordination with vendors and processing of bills and payments etc. Negotiating the best deals with vendors
Coordinating with external parties for repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, stationary, furniture, furnishing,facilities etc.
Co-ordination& liasioning with bank
General office supervision, maintenance of facilities, maintain filing systems, maintain necessary records etc.
Ensure availability of daily requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
Execute and maintain follow up on periodic tasks (Utility & Electricity bills, AMC renewals, Insurance renewals, etc.)
Handling of EPABX & Telephone lines
Drafting business letters, office memos and managing Executive correspondence
Assisting executives with their travel bookings, visa filing, flights, hotels, tickets etc.
