Role Definition :
HR Executive is Responsible for Hiring fresher and Experienced Candidates for Various Positions and Helps the management to measure the Performance of Employees and Enhance culture and Positive Sprit among Organisation.
Responsibility Deliverable :
1.Helps the management in Hiring the Candidates
2.Responsible for Employee Performance (attendance, Leaves, Work culture, Productivity)
3.Should conduct the events and meetings, games to fill the Energy in the Team and Make the feel good about each other and organization
Tasks and Activities :
Preparing the job (Role clarity ) requirements by taking the Inputs from the management and Searching the similar jobs in the Relevant portals and come up with the recommendations about job clarity and role Discerption of particular position along with the pay scale
Finalizing the Job Clarity and Role Clarity by discussions with the management
Posting the finalized Job Position in Different Portals like, Indeed, Face book jobs, Linked in jobs, Internshala etc
Finding the Relevant candidates in Competitors Companies and Similar companies through Linked in and Make a decent conversation with them before telling about job opportunity and making them feel comfirtable to discuss the opportunity.
Post the Same in domain specific Portals (Find the Forums or groups in the internet where High Quality People will discuss and update their knowledge relating to their fields) or Groups (linked or Facebook) or Search in Linked in for People who are looking for the Job for particular Position and Connect and share about Job Openings
Shortlist the Candidates by taking the telephonic Secession and Qualify the candidate by asking the few Questions which is Recommended by the Management and update the same in the Excel sheet and Send a Screen shots of Work you have done in What's app Group
Schedule an Interview for the Qualified Candidates by asking the Management availability
Prepare a Relevant Assessment tests (Athematic, Reasoning, Logical, English) and Domain Specific Test by Discussing with relevant Department Person. Shortlisting and Suggesting the assessment test to the Management in Finalizing it (eg: By giving the practical scenario in Day to day activities of the Business )
After Scheduling the Interviews conduct the assessment test to the Candidates and Submit the score to the Management and if qualified Schedule the 2nd Round of Interview
Form good relation with the selected candidates and make continuous follow up with them and make them feel comfortable about offer
Ultimately HR is responsible for Convincing them and make them to work with us (By Showing the advantages the candidates going to get once he/she joins the organization)
HR is Responsible for Helping the Management in measuring the Performance of Employees by Proving the Right data (Attendance Sheets, Punctuality, Leaves, Dressing Style, Attitude towards other Employees, Curiosity towards Work )
Helps management by proving the Right Performance measurement tools and Templates every week (Which are there in HR tool kit) and Collect the response from management and make a report
Come up with ideas to encourage the Employees by proving the performance appraisal awards(at affordable Budgets) for each month in different categories
Gathering the good content across internet (Videos, Blogs, HBR review, HR Blogs and websites)
Recommend best practices to management about Performance Measurement, Way of recognising the Employees which cant measure with Tools and rewarding them for specific skills (Weekly once)
Enhance the Culture:
Hr is responsible to promote Culture among the Organisation it can be achieved by identifying the team Aspirational Goals and
Responsible for Employee Engagement and Happiness which can be achieved by Conducting Events and understanding them personally and Applause them for the good things they have done
HR can alsoimprove theculture by criticizing their employees constructively when they go wrong and rewarding (Applause) them when they perform above expectations
Find Good Content on How to Enhance culture with in organization and recommending best Practices to management and applying it (Weekly once)
Preparing Weekly and Monthly calendar for internal Events and fixing the dates by discussing with the management and making arrangements to get every thing required to conduct such an Event.
Also Responsible for Maintaining High attendance Ratio by discouraging
Un wanted leaves unless its supported by strong reason
Maintaining a Repository Pics of our team and Share it frequently on Social media
If you Feel any thing Wrong with any Employee arrange a Counselling secessions.
Number of hiring's you made, for that we need daily, weekly and monthly sheets
No of Performance sheets you have given and Collected results from management (weekly, monthly)
How many Events you planned and How many ideas you come up with to make Employees happy?
How many Meetings you have taken on Performance Enhancement of Employees relating to attendance, Punctuality and Leaves and
Responsible to make the employees come on time and maintain good dress sense and How you are making them to follow these rules (we may imposing rules on them but results not guaranteed but if you dealing personally with them in polite manner you may expect good results over a time) ultimately here Result matter.
We consider the feedback from Employees as well for evaluating your performance
