About the Role:
Our Information and Cyber Security team is looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our Data Loss Prevention Team. The analyst will participate in monitoring and triaging of DLP events generated from different environments. This includes identification, analysis, review and response actions based on the severity of the events. Also, this role will involve creation and reporting of key metrics to the leadership team.
Responsibilities :
Participate and identify security risks companywide and ensure that appropriate data security procedures are implemented
Maintain an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security
Perform reviews of emails, internet posts, SharePoint/Network files that may contain sensitive customer, team member or other Wells Fargo information.
Evaluate and access whether the information being transmitted is compliant against Wells Fargo corporate policy and determine appropriate action.
Work as part of a highly interactive team, expected to analyze data and render decisions quickly.
Involve in production oriented environment reviewing detected events.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or information systems
Must have 3+ years of Data Loss Prevention experience specifically working in US financial sector
Demonstrated ability to work independently with broad parameters
Experience working with confidential customer, team member or sensitive proprietary data
Experience tracking and logging detailed information.
Experience analyzing data requiring high attention to detail.
Ability to make quick decisions in a production environment
Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
Security +, CEH, CCNA or other relevant certifications
Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services industry
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge and understanding of system/application architecture and design concepts
