Scope and General Purpose of Job:
Responsible for smooth operation of restaurant/bar/room service and banquet in particular section.
To exceeds the exception of guests.
Observe and evaluate restaurant workers and work procedures to ensure the quality standards and service and complete disciplinary records.
Assign duties ,responsibilities and work station to employs in accordance with work requirements.
Inspect supplies ,equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
Control inventories of cutleries ,crockery ,glassware and liquor and report to RM.
Perform personnel actions such as providing employee orientation and training.
Conduct supervisory actions such as working schedules
Recommending measures for Improving work procedures and working performance to improve the service quality.
Analyze operational problems such as wastage and thefts and establish procedures to avoid these problems.
Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.
Perform various financial activities such as cash handling.
Compile and balance cash sheets at the end of the day.
Meet ,greet and seat guests and present menus and wine lists.
Meet ,greet and get feed back from the guests regarding food and service.
Schedule parties and take guest reservation.
Resolve the customer complains regarding food service area
Check for the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
