â€¢Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
â€¢Search and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
â€¢Good understanding of computer systems, and other tech products
â€¢Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
â€¢Must have networking (hands-on) experience, especially troubleshooting routers, printers and home networks
â€¢Must also be knowledgeable in Windows and Android, use and navigation.
â€¢The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
â€¢knowledge in Antivirus, Windows, OS, Firewall, Malware, Networking
Experience: 6months to 4years
