A) Core Responsibilities:
  • Customer interaction and follow up
o Interact in a polite and convincing manner with the customer and provide all details about the product
o Be alert about customer documents received and customer profile to detect fraud
o Provide after sales customer service and follow up with EMI and ECS concerns/issues
o Collect all Post Disbursal Documents
o Maintain relationship with customers on an ongoing basis (when new products are launched or for case closures)
  • Achieve Business Targets
o Achieve sales targets
o Have complete product/schemes knowledge
  • Team Handling
o Monitor teams target, attendance and ensure proper grooming of CRE’s
o Train team members on new product schemes , policy and product updates
o Resolve queries raised by team members related to customer files and documents processing
  • Process Files
o Scan and log in file as per policy within TAT
o Collect all KYC documents, agreements and other required details as per po
