Associate Engagement Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing consulting and analytics engagements and teams. As a senior member of the analytics group, this position will provide day-to-day direction to analysts engaged on a broad range of engagements and assignments and will work to develop and maintain dedicated client relationships as required. This position will be required to set, prioritize objectives and manage internal resources to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, employee morale
Needs to be hands-on in execution of job at hand.
Guide analyst team on problem solving, the development of consulting & analytics strategies, the application of analytical techniques and frameworks.
Ensure that service line delivery meets regulatory and other compliance requirements, including information security and customer expectations.
Recruit, train, coach and develop consulting teams of BA and ABA on engagements.
Complete research, including data gathering and analysis, when appropriate.
Working effectively within and supporting the immediate analysis team.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of an engagement and scope.
Share the vision of the executive team with the engagement managers.
Participate as required in RFPs and visits from new clients.

The strongest candidates will have an M.B.A. preferably in marketing or another advanced degree such as an engineering degree from Tier 1 institutes.
SQL/SAS, Statistical Modeling, Data Extraction & Reporting, Microsoft Excel
5-7 years of experience in business consulting and/or KPO space in multi-national environments.
Sales & Marketing consulting/analytics in retail and/or consumer goods sectors.
Combination of technical know-how and practical business acumen.
